The Wellbeing
Diet assists in the cleansing your body with the help of the
wholesome food, and facilitating exercises. As your body becomes more
pure, it raises its vibratory frequency and changes its cell structure.
The energy you receive by your energy intake assists in the healing and
balancing of your whole organism, and restores your natural ability to
heal yourself. As you lose weight and start feeling better, you will gain
more of your true self. The food will assist in your expanding self expression,
in finding the way to your inner essence, by releasing trapped energy.
The full potential of you will become increasingly obvious. It will assist
in uncovering the life and true potential of your soul. Imagine that you
are giving birth to your soul, developing your unique life force residing
within. The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, is an old saying.
What if the way to everybody's heart is via the stomach? What if you by
eating raw, undestroyed food, that is alive, full of energy and life force,
you find the way to your heart? Set aside some time to meditate upon this.
By adhering to the diet,
following the guidelines and practicing the exercises, you will shine
light on the incredible power that are stored within you, and tease out
your natural beauty. The goal is for you to experience a fully conscious
state of being when in harmony with all your senses. To experience total
union with your physical body and your psychological, mental, emotional,
and spiritual condition and health. Become increasingly aware of what
you consume, your thoughts, habits, patterns, beliefs, environment, and
spirit. Rest relaxed in your be-ing. Allow
for beauty and balance, health and harmony - your natural state of being.
Juices
Fruit and vegetable juices
are effective cleansers. For best results, use fruit juices in the morning
and vegetable juices in the afternoon. Raw juice contains all elements
of food that is alive (enzymes, vitamins and minerals) and in a very concentrated
form which is easy for the body to make use of. Preferably, make your
own juices.

2 stalks of celery, 1 cucumber, beet root, 1 carrot, lemon

*lymph system
and painful throats: 3 apples, 1 lemon, 1 slice of fresh ginger
*reducing
sodium and potassium, back pain: 1 head of dark lettuce, I

*digestion
and nervous stomachs: _ white cabbage, 2 stalks of celery,

and hangover: 1 head of Romaine lettuce, 1 head of broccoli,

system: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 slice of fresh ginger, 1 hand
full parsley, 4 pears, 1 table spoon olive

Exercises
for the week
* Allow
for a 30-40 minute physical exercise of your choice to work up a good
sweat twice during the
week.
* * Add the exercises
for tension release and stretching to your meditation schedule. Continue
to write your journal.
* * Enjoy a steam bath or a sauna.
Do a facial and/or body scrub to get rid of dead cells.
* * Avoid deodorants, they will slow down
the cleanse.
As with the cleanse, your thoughts will affect and change your cell structure.
