This exhibition is one of my installation series of 2002 entitled "Meditative Scenery". It is composed of the seven totems and six wall pieces. Each totemic figure represents an element; Fire, Water, Wood, Metal, Earth, Sun and Wind.

My experience of the ceremonies from the indigenous cultures of West African, Australian Aborigines, Japanese Ainu, and Brazilian and Taino Indians has been combined in this installation. The clay is from Camagüey, Cuba.
